Accessible, depth-oriented psychotherapy to get to the heart of the matter. Telehealth for anywhere in California.

Parenthood & Reproductive Experiences

There’s nothing like parenting to show us the parts of us we’d rather ignore, and nothing like pregnancy and birth, or miscarriage and infertility, to disrupt us in a way we couldn’t have imagined. And there is nothing like co-parenting to put stress on a partnership.

Change & Life Transitions

Career changes, divorce, loss of a parent, a diagnosis…these turns can make us feel like we don’t know who we are, or how to go forward. Therapy can be your nest until you are ready to hatch into the next part of your journey.

Aging & Older Adulthood

Forgotten and dismissed by our dominant culture, years after 65 and 70 can be a quite rich time of life, rife with its own concerns, joys, and challenges. It’s often a natural part of this stage that brings up reviewing our lives, our choices, and the wounds that still nag or bite at us when the occasion arises.

Anxiety, depression, and other symptoms can often be doorways to realms of ourselves and our lives that yearn to receive our love and attention. I am unafraid to explore inside, to help you find the gifts and freedom your suffering may press you to seek.

It is never too late to learn how to care for all parts of you in an honest and loving way.

About Me

I am currently an associate psychotherapist at the Free Association Clinic. We accept several forms of insurance.

My clinical training and experience include working with perinatal mental health and reproductive experience, navigating grief and loss, and engaging in brief psychodynamic therapy for life review and stage of life processes. My style is nurturing and relational, and not without a sense of humor.

I am the mother of three feral children, a gardener, and an exuberant nerd about dark matter, creation stories, archeology, and the 80% of our brains most of us don't remember how to inhabit. I live with my family in Sebastopol, California.
